In what effectively was a one-sided affair, All Stars took care of Easterns, as the Sports Department/Development Bank Tape Ball Cricket league continued at the ET Willet Park on Saturday 12th October.
Understandably, not a lot of people showed up to view this game, as most cricket fans were locked into the CPL finals action at home.
Easterns won the toss and with the All Stars team experimenting with a number of their lesser bowlers got to a decent 72 for 6 from their 10 allotted overs. Scores of note came from the bats of S. Hendrickson, Sheldon Browne, and Sydney Newton.
All Stars, however, utilized just 4.5 overs to rattle up the required target. Jamie Cornelius and Javarni Tyson launched the ball to all parts of the Park.
