Arthur Earle of Fig Tree, Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for multiple offences committed on July 10, 2025.
The offences include:
Two (2) counts of Wounding
Ten (10) counts of Carrying Offensive Weapons (including knives, an axe, ice picks, scissors, a fork, and steel)
Two (2) counts of Resisting Arrest
Two (2) counts of Willful Obstruction
Battery on Police
Assault
After pleading guilty to all charges, Mr Earle was convicted and sentenced to nine (9) months’ imprisonment for each count of wounding, less time already served, with the sentences to **run concurrently**. He was sentenced to time served for all remaining offences.
The sentences were handed down on **December 12, 2025**, at the **District “B” Magistrate’s Court in Sandy Point**, presided over by Her Honour Mrs Karen Hill-Hector.
