Sebert Williams of Taylor’s Village, St. Kitts, and Dennis Conrad Clarke have been sentenced for several offences committed on August 8, 2025, along Central Street, St. Kitts.
Sentences were handed down on December 9, 2025, by **Her Honour Mrs Rhonda Nisbett-Browne at the District “A” Magistrate Court in Basseterre.
A. Sebert Williams
After pleading guilty to Wounding, Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon, and Throwing Missiles, Mr Williams was fined as follows:
EC$1,000 for Throwing Missiles
EC$2,000 for Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon
EC$1,000 for Wounding
Additionally, Mr Williams was ordered to pay EC$3,000 in compensation to Dennis Conrad Clarke. The compensation must be paid within four (4) months, failing which he will serve three (3) months’ imprisonment.
B. Dennis Conrad Clarke
Mr Clarke pleaded guilty to **Carrying Abroad an Offensive Weapon** and was fined EC$1,000.
