Basketball CG & CG Fight Off Determined Dominicanas To Seal Finals Spot
CG & CG beat Dominicanas
Prior to getting into the recently concluded local Basketball finals, the CG & CG team, had a hard-fought battle against the Dominicanas, in a semifinal encounter, played on the evening of Saturday 17th December.
Energized by the vociferous support from their fan base in the pavilion, the Dominicanas kept things pretty tight, for the majority of the game.
At half time, the score was 34 to CG & CG and 30 to the Dominicanas.
The Dominicanas won the third quarter as well, but the CG & CG team pulled all of the stops in the final quarter, to seal their spot in the finals.
