Basketball fans were treated to an electrifying showdown on Saturday evening as CG & CG captured the championship title in the Church Ground Basketball Development League, defeating the Dynasty Ballers in a nail-biting final at the Church Ground Hard Court.
Both teams battled fiercely from start to finish in what proved to be one of the most competitive games of the season.
After the first quarter, the scores were locked at 20–20, and by halftime, CG & CG held a slim 32–31 advantage. The intensity continued into the third quarter, which ended 49–49, setting the stage for a dramatic final period.
