Close Contest at Naomi’s Pre-School and Yellow Wins at Gingerland Pre-School

CLOSE CONTEST AT NAOMI’S PRE-SCHOOL

The competition was fierce and the children indeed had fun. It was the big day for the children attending the Naomi’s Day care and Pre-School as they participated in their annual sports meet.

It was held on Thursday 13th March at the St.Thomas’ Primary School grounds, under the patronage of Mr. and Mrs. Augustus Thomas.

The children competed in flat races; lime and spoon; dress up race, among others and the parents also competed amongst themselves.

The final scores make for interesting reading:
Blue House—449 ½ points—champions
Red house—446 ½ points

 

YELLOW WINS AT GINGERLAND PRE-SCHOOL

The Gingerland Preschool held its annual sports meet on Thursday 13th March under the patronage of past student, Romain Hobson.

The children competed in the flat races; water race; balance and thread the roll race; dress up race among others, while the parents also added flavour to the proceedings with a couple of races of their own.
At the end of the day, the results were as follows:

Yellow-199 points-CHAMPIONS
Blue-144 points
Red -135 points
