The 2023 Leeward Islands Masters cricket tournament, took place in St. Kitts over the weekend.
An official opening ceremony and the cocktail was hosted at Government House, graciously accommodated by Governor General, Dame Marcella Liburd CCMG JP.
Following the national anthem and opening prayer, rendered by Pastor Leroy Benjamin, remarks were offered by Dr. Lesroy Henry, President of the St. Kitts Cricket Masters Club; Mr. Dennis Philip, President of the St. Kitts Cricket Association; Mr. Austin Williams; an overview by President of the Leewards Masters Cricket Association, Anthony Rawlins and Her Excellency, Dame Marcella Liburd.
The vote of thanks was delivered by Sports Ambassador Kenny Douglas.
