A brief but significant ceremony was held on Friday 24th May at the Nevis Branch of the Development Bank of St. Kitts and Nevis.
On that day Manager, Miss Hyacinth Pemberton handed over a cheque to President of the Nevis Cricket Association, Mr. Denrick Liburd.
In making the presentation, Miss Pemberton stated that her institution was always happy to assist the Cricket Association in the development of the young players on the island and wished the tournament well.
In receiving the cheque, President Liburd indicated that the cheque will be used as sponsorship for an upcoming T-20 tournament to be hosted by his association and thanked the bank for its continued support.
