Basseterre, St. Kitts, December 01, 2019 (RSCNPF): Twenty-one-year-old Andrew Herbert, also known as “Hurt Skin”, of McKnight is back in custody.
Herbert was recaptured in the area of Port Zante by Prison Officers hours after his escape from custody on Saturday, November 30. He has since been handed over to the Police. Herbert was convicted for the offence of Larceny. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for December 11, 2019.
