CHURCH GROUND, NEVIS – The sad news has been received that the Gas Station operated by Mr. Stephen “Mackie” Moore and the Hanley’s Road Fishers’ group, at Church Ground, is officially closed.
The service station certainly came in handy for vehicle owners who needed fuel and were a distance away from the Charlestown area.
Moore indicated that his contract was due for renewal and although business was generally good, there were certain logistics and certain entities that were creating problems for the business so he decided to call it quits.
