Jemmin Williams of Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offence of Obtaining Credit by Fraud.
Mr Williams was formally charged on February 28, 2026, at the Basseterre Police Station following investigations into the matter.
The case is expected to proceed before the Court at a later date
