Kitana Ponde, residing on Central Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts, has been charged by the police with three offences related to Unlawful Communication.
These include sending an electronic communication with a video, sending an electronic communication with a picture, and sending an electronic communication, specifically a WhatsApp message, with the intent to harass.
These offences were committed between November 1st, 2023, and March 28th, 2024.
Ms Ponde’s charges were filed on April 12th, 2024, at the Basseterre Police Station.
