LEFCO UNDER 21 PARISH LEAGUE FINALS SET FOR SATURDAY NIGHT

Wanda Parry, President of the Nevis Amateur Basketball Association (NABA), revealed on Thursday that the two finalists for the ongoing Lefco sponsored under 21 Parish league, have been confirmed.

After a careful check of all of the statistics from the preliminary games, the two top teams are St. John’s parish and St. Paul’s parish.

These two teams will clash in the grand finals tomorrow Saturday 22nd October, at the Grell hull-Stevens netball complex.

The points standings were as follows:

St. Johns won 3 games lost 1=10 points
St. Thomas won 2 games lost 2=8 points
St. Paul’s won 2 games lost 2=8 points
St. James won 2 games lost 1 forfeit 1=7 points
St. Georges won 1 game lost 3 games=6 points

St. Thomas Parish and St. Paul’s Parish received same amount of points but when both teams played St. Paul’s Parish won the game therefore St. Paul’s Parish will play St. Johns Parish in the finals.
