The Police have formally charged Lukelly Carmichael of Morning Star, Nevis, on three (3) warrants for the offence of Assault with Intent to Rob.
The offence was committed on August 20, 2023.
Mr. Carmichael was charged on September 2nd, 2023, at the Newcastle Police Station on Nevis.
