Rachel Vincent hit a solid maiden half-century as West Indies Women A team batted well in a losing cause against. The opener made 56 off 109 balls with seven fours as West Indies A finished on 189-4 in reply to Pakistan Women A 269-5 off their 50 overs. Vincent batted 37 overs and shared an opening partnership of 94 with captain Reniece Boyce, who made 45 off 81 balls. After that, Shakibi Gajnabi made 37 not out off 48 balls with two boundaries to maintain her good form.

The West Indies also bowled well in the first half of the match but were thwarted by a superb century from Sidra Ameen, who made 108 off 144 balls with 14 boundaries. There was also a solid contribution from Nahida Khan, who made 55 off 51 balls as the pair added 104 in 17 overs.

The two teams will meet again in the third and final 50-over match on Friday at the Coolidge Cricket Ground.
