It was as comprehensive a win as you could get. The Maude Cross Preparatory School engaged the Charlestown Primary School in a B division fixture as the Primary schools’ Football league continued on Tuesday 10th November.
The match was played at the ET Willet Park.
The MCPS team, led by the speedy Carlon Tuckett, scored early in the first half and never looked back.
The CPS team had a couple of run throughs but just failed to finish in the way that Coach Tonito Willet would have liked.
The final score line: Maude Cross Preparatory 9 goals to Charlestown Primary’s nil.
MCPS coach Leroy JUN-JUN Sweeney, on the other hand, was quite pleased with the efforts of his team.
