Nevis Females Beat St Kitts Counterparts Yet Again

The Nevis female Cricket team continued its winning ways, as they engaged their Kittitian counterparts on Saturday, February 8, 2020.

The St. Kitts lasses won the toss and elected to send the Nevis team in to bat first. Nevis amassed 163 for 2 in their allotted 25 overs.  Melecia Clarke top-scored with 71 and Davronique Maynard just missed a half-century by one run, when the overs ran out.

The Kittitian ladies could only muster 106 for 6 from their 25 overs.  Tanuja Daley top scored with 38 runs, while Rozel Liburd bagged 2 wickets.

Nevis won by 57 runs

The exciting news is that the St. Kitts lasses will now engage the Nevis team at the ET Willet Park, on Saturday 22nd February, starting at 2 pm.  The general public is invited out to see the ladies in action.
