Mr. John Lowe who made his paint purchase at the TDC Home and Building Depot on the Frigate Bay Road, in Basseterre, emerged as the first of three winners to qualify for the chance to win over four thousand (EC$4000.00) in cash and prizes.
He was presented with his prize at a brief ceremony held at the retail store, which is the authorised distributor for Harris Paint products and accessories by Mr. Alex Williams, one of the Senior Sales Associates who congratulated the elated shopper.
