University student robbed at gunpoint

Basseterre, St Kitts, January 13, 2020 – Police in St Kitts are said to be investigating an armed robbery on Sunday night.
According to multiple reports, the individual, a university student attending one of the nearby medical institutions, was robbed either during a home invasion or near the residence in the Camp’s area.
It was not immediately known if anything was taken by the perpetrator or the victim was injured.
Police were observed at the scene early Monday morning, according to reports.
