Avon Rouse Jr. of Downing Street, Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been charged with the offences of battery, carrying abroad an offensive weapon, and wounding.
The offences were reportedly committed on November 10, 2025. Mr Rouse was formally charged on December 24, 2025, at the Sandy Point Police Station.
