Report of ARRESTS, CONVICTIONS and other ACTIVITIES

Basseterre, St. Kitts, December 27, 2017, (RSCNPF): Below is a report of arrests, convictions and other activities recorded by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for the period of December 09-15 2017.

ARRESTED AND BAILED:

 Arrested/Bailed: Threvis Samuel of Lower Monkey Hill was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Receiving. He was granted bail in the sum of $8,000. Samuel is to report to the Basseterre Police Station every Wednesday between the hours of 5 a.m. and 6 p.m.

 Arrested/Bailed: Leroy Flerin of Main Street, Old Road was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Disorderly Conduct by Fighting which took place on the Island Main Road on December 12, 2017.  He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 in his own recognizance and to appear at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on January 08, 2018.

 Arrested/Bailed: Yannick Warner of Main Street, Old Road was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Disorderly Conduct by Fghting which took place on the Island Main Road on December 12, 2017. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000.00 in his own recognizance and to appear at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on January 08, 2018.

 Arrested/Bailed: Audinton Syder of Dorset Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offences of Possession of  Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply. He was granted bail in the sum of $7,000 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on January 08, 2018.

 Bailed: Joseph Charles of Back Way, Sandy Point who was charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis was granted bail in the sum of $3,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on Monday 08, January 2018.

 Bailed: Noel Norford of Saddlers Village who was charged for the offence of Possession of Ammunition was granted bail in the sum of $15,000 for his appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on February 05, 2018.

 Bailed: Tawana Maynard of Saddlers Village who was charged for the offence of Possession of Ammunition was granted bail in the sum of $15,000 for her appearance at the Dieppe Bay Magistrate Court on February 05, 2018.

 OTHER ACTIVITY:

 Marijuana Plants Uprooted: Officers on patrol reported that they discovered, uprooted and seized one hundred and thirty-seven (137) Marijuana plants. The plants were found growing on a plot of land in the Cotton Ground area.

 House Breaking and Larceny: Police responded to several reports of House Breaking and Larcenywhich occurred in the following areas: Cardin Avenue, Upper Thibou Avenue, Spooners Village, Taylors Housing Project and Mattingley Heights.

Search Warrants Executed: Police executed a number of search warrants during the period of this report. Warrants were executed on properties in the following areas: Cart Path (Sandy Point), Shaws Road, Newcastle, Brick Kiln (Village) and Lower Monkey Hill.
