Louis Richards of Bourke’s Road, Sandy Point, has been arrested and charged in connection with several offences committed on November 10th, 2025.
Mr Richards has been charged with:
Three (3) counts of Threatening Language
Two (2) counts of Battery on Police
One (1) count of Resisting Arrest
One (1) count of Obstruction
The charges were formally laid at the Sandy Point Police Station shortly after the incidents occurred.
