BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS AND NEVIS — The Government of St. Kitts and Nevis has announced two Christmas Discounted Value Added Tax (VAT) Rate Days for 2026, providing consumers with an opportunity to benefit from reduced VAT rates during the Christmas season.
The designated dates are Friday, December 11, 2026, and Saturday, December 19, 2026.
In an important provision of the 2026 Christmas Discounted VAT Rate Days, vehicles will be included in the discounted VAT rate on both designated dates.
The initiative forms part of the Government’s Christmas VAT relief measures, offering consumers an opportunity to make eligible purchases at the discounted rate during the specified period.
The Government encourages consumers and businesses to take note of the announced dates and plan accordingly.
