Two young women from St. Kitts and Nevis will champion youth development and regional integration for the 2026–2028 term.

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS AND NEVIS — Island Girls Rock (IGR) proudly celebrates the appointment of two of its members, Sarahi Archibald and Brianné Chapman, to the CARICOM Youth Ambassadors Corps for St. Kitts and Nevis for the 2026–2028 term.

Their appointments mark a proud milestone for Island Girls Rock and underscore the importance of empowering young women to take on leadership roles, amplify youth voices, and contribute meaningfully to national and regional development.

Over the next two years, Sarahi and Brianné will serve alongside fellow young advocates from across the Federation, championing youth development, advancing regional integration, and strengthening connections between young people and the opportunities available to them throughout the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).

As CARICOM Youth Ambassadors, they will have an opportunity to engage with issues affecting young people, encourage youth participation in decision-making, and help foster a stronger sense of regional identity and collaboration among Caribbean youth.

Island Girls Rock is especially proud to see two of its members step into these influential roles. Their appointments reflect the value of investing in young women, nurturing their leadership potential, and creating spaces where their voices, ideas, and contributions can make a difference.

“We are incredibly proud of Sarahi Archibald and Brianné Chapman. Seeing two Island Girls Rock sisters appointed to the CARICOM Youth Ambassadors Corps is a powerful reminder of what young women can achieve when they are supported and encouraged to lead. We celebrate their accomplishments and look forward to seeing the impact they will make in St. Kitts and Nevis and across the wider Caribbean.”

As Sarahi and Brianné embark on this new chapter, Island Girls Rock celebrates not only their individual achievements but also the growing presence of young women in spaces where leadership, advocacy, and regional progress are shaped.

Their appointments are a moment of pride for the organisation and an inspiration to other young women to embrace their potential, raise their voices, and pursue opportunities to create positive change.

Two Island Girls Rock sisters. Two leadership appointments. One shared commitment to empowering young people and shaping a brighter Caribbean future.

Island Girls Rock extends its heartfelt congratulations to Sarahi Archibald and Brianné Chapman and wishes them every success in their service as CARICOM Youth Ambassadors for St. Kitts and Nevis for the 2026–2028 term.

Congratulations, Sarahi and Brianné! We are proud to see you take up space, lead with purpose, and represent Island Girls Rock.
