Charlestown-Nevis-Miss Tracey Parris, Community Development Officer in St.George’s, on: Friday 11th March, confirmed that there was a recent break in at the Corn Mill Community Center, located at Hard Times.
According to Miss Parris, evidence of the break in was first noticed on Thursday 10th March.
The bandit/s apparently broke the lock to the main door of the building and walked away with a huge transformer which was being utilized there and which is valued at approximately $6,000.00 EC.
The matter is being investigated by the Police but in the meantime, a call goes out to anyone with information pertaining to the brazen break in and theft, to report such information at the Gingerland Police Station.
