Clint St. Hill has been appointed Team Manager of the West Indies Rising Stars Men’s Under-19 squad for the 2026 ICC Men’s Under-19 Cricket World Cup, scheduled for 15 January to 6 February in Namibia and Zimbabwe.
St. Hill brings a wealth of experience gained across every level of Caribbean cricket. His coaching career began at Pickwick Cricket Club, where he guided the junior programme and captured the BCS Under-13 title, before moving on to Wildey Sports Club. There, he coached both junior and senior teams, winning the Under-16 competition, the Senior 50-Over Cup, and the Three-Day Competition, cementing his reputation as a results-driven leader.

His résumé continued to grow on the regional and international stage, serving as a championship-winning coach in the inaugural BIM10 tournament before transitioning into a Tournament Director role for the following two editions. St. Hill later worked at the franchise level as Logistics Manager for the New York Strikers during the Cayman T10, gaining exposure to elite high-performance environments.
At Cricket West Indies, St. Hill has served as a High Performance Officer, carrying out managerial duties with the West Indies Academy and the Rising Stars programme. Notably, he played a key role in overseeing two Youth ODI series victories with the Under-19 team against Sri Lanka and England, underscoring the effectiveness of the team’s preparation and development structure.
