Fitzroy Challenger Charged With Broadie’s Murder

On Thursday 18 June 2015, Fitzroy “Big Man” Challenger 26 years of St. Paul’s Village was formally arrested and charged for the murder of Kevin “Broadie” Newman, a popular bus driver who was shot and killed in Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Dieppe Bay.

After six  months of intensive investigation, the head of the Violent Crime Unit, along with the Commissioner for Crime, ACP Queeley, would like to thank all those persons who were instrumental in the entire process, and hope that the development in the investigation would bring relief to the family, friends and members of the Bus Drivers Association.
