Charlestown-Nevis-The Social Services Single Parents’ group, held its annual mothers’ day raffle draw, on Thursday 9th May, at the Memorial square in Charlestown.
Several of the group members were present and directed the proceedings with opening remarks, the pulling of the numbers for the various prizes and the vote of thanks.
When the draw was made, the following persons were revealed as winners:
5th prize-perfume set-Genoya Webbe of Cox Village-ticket number 41
4th prize-fruit cake from Lyn’s Deli-Glenroy Pemberton-ticket number 112
3rd prize –lunch for two at Boddie’s restaurant-Samuel Richards of Stoney Grove-ticket number 110
2nd prize-lunch for one at Sunshine’s-Kyra Burke
Grand prize-lunch for two at Lime’s beach bar-Nadine Carty-Caines of Brown Hill-ticket number
