Clive Farara of Infirmary Road was formally arrested and charged for the offences of Resisting Arrest, Battery on Police, Obstruction and Having A Vehicle So Tinted that the Interior Is Not Visible From Exterior, which were committed on 21st August 2013 at Wigley Avenue.
Micheal Boatswin of Challengers Village was formally arrested and charged for the offence of Threatening Language and Refusing to Give His Name, which were committed on 21st August 2013.
