Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 14, 2016 (RSCNPF): Below is a report of and Arrest, Convictions and other Activities from the records of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force. For period May 11-12.
ARREST/BAIL:
Arrested: Taj Wilkin of Newcastle was arrested and formally charged in the offence of Possession of Cannabis, and Possession of Cannabis with intent to supply. Offence was committed about 09:00 hrs on 11th May, 2016.
Arrested: Allan Broadbelt of Bath Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned on a Warrant in the First Instance for the offence of House breaking and Larceny which was committed between 23-03-16 and 01-04-16. He was also arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Building breaking and Larceny which was committed between 12th April, 2016 and 13th April, 2016.
Arrest: Jeanette Neil of Hamilton was arrested, formally charged and cautioned with a warrant in the First Instance for the offence of Building Breaking and Larceny which occurred between the 12th and 13th day of April 2016 at Superfoods Supermarket.
Arrested/Bailed: Xavier Dore of Upper Market Street was arrested and formally charged of Unlawful Possession. Bailed: He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000.00 and ordered to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on the 6th June 2016 at 9 o’clock in the forenoon.
Arrested/Bailed: Kajal Raheen Veira of Upper Thibou Avenue was arrested and formally charged of Unlawful Possession. Bailed: He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000.00 and ordered to appear at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on Monday the 6th July 2016 at 9 o’clock in the forenoon.
Bailed: Ibal Tyson of Low Street was granted bail by Her Honour Ms Yasmine Clarke in the sum of $10. 000.00 and ordered to report to court at a later date.
COURT CONVICTIONS:
None to report.
OTHER ACTIVITY:
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: Two (2) traffic accident occurred on the federation’s roadways in St. Kitts on May 11.
Traffic accident occurred about 06:40hrs on 11th May, 2016. on the Island Main Road in Challengers Village. The accident involved motor car PA7742 and motor truck P1049.
Another traffic accident occurred about 9:30 hrs along the Island Main Road at Almond Walk, Tabernacle involving motor pick up PA 8349 and motor pick up PA 8349. No serious injuries were reported in either accident
