St. Kitts and Nevis Triathlete to Compete at 2025 CARIFTA Triathlon in Tobago

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts (August 2025) — Join us in extending best wishes to 11-year-old triathlete, Greyson Burrell, as he represents St. Kitts and Nevis at the 2025 CARIFTA Triathlon, Aquathlon, and Mixed Relays to be held at Courland Heritage Park, Tobago, from August 23–24, 2025.

This prestigious regional event will showcase the Caribbean’s top young athletes. Greyson will compete in the 11–12 age group for both the Triathlon and Aquathlon categories.

The team extends heartfelt appreciation to its sponsors, the Advancement of Children Foundation (ACF) and the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan), for their generous support. Special thanks are also extended to Coach James Weekes for his dedicated training, the St. Kitts and Nevis Aquatics Federation for its in-kind support, and to coaches Eldon Thomas and Kyle McEachnie of the Blue Marlin Swim Academy, Coach Delwayne of Extreme Velocity Track Club, and Coach Basil Hoshing Jr. for their roles in preparing Greyson in swimming, running, and strength training.
