There will be exciting WEIGHT Lifting action, in the heart of Basseterre, this coming Friday, 7th October.
The action will commence at 4.30 pm and will be held at the Port Zante roundabout, opposite Courts.
Competitions will include the bench press; and Dead Lifting.
There will also be competitions in PUSH-UPS.
The competition is open to all interested males and females.
Interested individuals can register on the spot.
Trophies and cash prizes are to be won.
Additional entertainment will be provided by Elston D hype man, doing socaaerobics.
