BASSETERRE, St. Kitts — Jovan Hodge of Buckleys Site, Basseterre, has been formally charged with the offence of Battery on a Police Officer.
The offence was allegedly committed on May 20, 2026. Mr Hodge was subsequently charged on May 22, 2026, at St. Johnson’s Police Station.
The matter is expected to proceed through the judicial process. Authorities have not released further details at this time.
