BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – Clement Darroux of Wades Garden, Basseterre, has been sentenced to 12 years and six months’ imprisonment after pleading guilty to firearm-related offences stemming from an incident that occurred on November 11, 2025, at Thibou Avenue, St. Kitts.
Darroux pleaded guilty on May 1, 2026, to one count of Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Endanger Life and one count of Possession of a Firearm.
On July 24, 2026, His Lordship Justice Patrick Thompson Jr. handed down the sentence during proceedings at the High Court in Basseterre, ordering Darroux to serve a total of 12 years and six months at His Majesty’s Prison.
